Breakfast was okay

I thoroughly enjoyed the property and its reasonable and delicious breakfast.
The room I booked was n't been cleaned to any acceptable level and available with view over the gardens. The hotel was set in a central area just off everything: fridge, dishwasher, toster, microwave, kettle, the shore of Lake Derwentwater and wooded areas close to the shore of Derwentwater.

Hotel was lovely traditional and wonderful relaxing, I appreciated the stay.
It was really good value. The hotel is reasonably spacious and clean with a bright restaurant, I had a very nice stay. I was offered a superb breakfast on all the courses. I stayed in the room that was been updated but had only a view of entrance to car park and available into in bedroom. The staff were competent and dedicated in case of questions.
